Position-sizing regime change
From 2026-07-30, the Trend live account was upgraded from a $1,000 account with minimum fixed sizing to $10,000 with a conservative starting size, stepped up manually on account high-water marks after profits (three manual tiers). All figures on this page and the backtest page are a full re-run under the new Plan C caliber — not a proportional scale-up of the old figures.
Discretionary component
The 10-year backtest ROI of 15.39× depends on all three tier-up calls being correct — tier increases are executed at human discretion, not a fully mechanical result. With different judgment, results would be materially below this figure; live replication carries uncertainty.
Live history boundary
In HISTORY below, live trades before the 2026-07-30 deposit were made on a $1,000 account (minimum fixed sizing) — not the same order of magnitude as the current $10,000 starting scale, so per-trade P/L amounts are not directly comparable with the new caliber. Trades from then on are under the new caliber, each reconcilable against MT5.

High-risk strategy — under the new caliber, drawdown depth is an order of magnitude larger
At the Plan C caliber ($10,000 start · conservative starting size + manual tier-ups after profits), the 10-year backtest max drawdown is -36.9% (at the top sizing tier), with -15.1% even within the starting tier; the win rate is just 40.2%, the longest losing streak 8 trades, and the longest underwater period 39.5 months — the account may go more than three years without a new high. The backtest never blew up, but returns and drawdowns scale together. Follow only with idle funds that can withstand deep drawdowns. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
